These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the purchaser, "Customer") and Pritam, trading as ILMAcademy ("we", "us", "the Institution"), a digital education platform accessible at ilmacademy.shop, registered and operated from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
By accessing our platform, adding any product to checkout, or completing a purchase, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a legal guardian), that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you accept these Terms unconditionally.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this platform or purchase any of our products.
ILMAcademy is a 100% digital institution. All products — including courses, e-books, guides, templates, and bundles — are digital files delivered exclusively in PDF format. No physical goods are manufactured, stocked, or shipped at any time.
Each purchase grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased digital file(s) for individual, non-commercial, private study purposes only. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership or copyright.
All content published on ilmacademy.shop — including but not limited to course manuscripts, e-book text, PDF layouts, cover designs, branding elements, and website code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Pritam / ILMAcademy and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable international intellectual property conventions.
The following acts are strictly prohibited and constitute infringement:

All prices displayed on ilmacademy.shop are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18%, as applicable under Indian tax law for digital educational content. The base price (exclusive of GST) and the GST amount are displayed separately at checkout for your reference.
ILMAcademy reserves the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout. Price changes do not affect previously completed transactions.
All payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd., a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). ILMAcademy does not access, store, or transmit your card details, UPI credentials, or net banking information at any point.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking. All transactions are encrypted in transit. By proceeding to payment, you agree to Cashfree's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.
Upon successful payment confirmation, a secure download link will be dispatched automatically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically instantaneous but may take up to 10 minutes in exceptional circumstances.
ILMAcademy is not liable for delivery failure caused by: (a) an incorrect email address entered by the Customer at checkout; (b) the Customer's email provider marking delivery emails as spam; (c) network or service disruptions beyond our control. In such cases, the Customer should contact support@ilmacademy.shop with their transaction ID.
Download links are time-limited. If your link has expired, contact support for a free regeneration.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Digital Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference. As our products are digital files delivered instantly and irrevocably, refunds are strictly limited to specific circumstances described in that policy.
ILMAcademy warrants that purchased digital files are free from technical defects at the time of delivery. If a file is demonstrably corrupted or unreadable, we will provide a replacement at no cost.
All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law. ILMAcademy makes no representation regarding specific learning outcomes, income results, or career advancement arising from use of our materials. Results depend entirely on individual effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, ILMAcademy's aggregate liability to any Customer shall not exceed the amount paid by that Customer for the relevant product.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any purchase made on ilmacademy.shop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
ILMAcademy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform or purchase of products after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
