Digital Delivery Policy

1. No Physical Shipping

ILMAcademy does not manufacture, stock, or dispatch any physical goods. No textbooks, printed materials, USB drives, or tangible items of any kind are shipped. There are no shipping charges, courier arrangements, tracking numbers, or delivery windows applicable to any purchase made on ilmacademy.shop.

All products are delivered exclusively as digital files (PDF format) via email link.

2. Delivery Method

Upon successful payment confirmation from Cashfree, our automated delivery system dispatches a secure, time-limited download link to the email address you provided at checkout. The email will be sent from a nooracademy.site-verified sender address. The subject line will reference your order and product name.

Ensure you provide a valid, actively monitored email address at checkout. ILMAcademy cannot be held responsible for non-delivery to an incorrectly entered address.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery is typically instantaneous — the download link is dispatched within seconds of payment confirmation. In exceptional cases (high server load, payment gateway processing delays), delivery may take up to 10 minutes.

If you have not received your download link within 10 minutes of payment:

• Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
• Search your inbox for emails from the domain ilmacademy.shop
• Verify that the email address you entered at checkout was correct
• Contact us at support@ilmacademy.shop with your transaction reference

4. Link Validity

Download links are valid for 72 hours from the time of dispatch. After this period, the link will expire for security reasons. If your link has expired before you could download the file, contact us at support@ilmacademy.shop with your Order ID and we will regenerate a fresh link at no charge.

We recommend downloading your file promptly and storing it securely on a personal device or cloud storage service of your choice.

5. Delivery Failures

ILMAcademy is not liable for delivery failure resulting from:

• An incorrect email address entered by the Customer at checkout
• The Customer's email provider classifying the delivery email as spam or blocking it entirely
• The Customer's mailbox being full or inactive
• Temporary disruptions to email service providers beyond our control

In all other cases of non-delivery attributable to our system, we will re-issue the download link or, if delivery remains impossible after reasonable efforts, issue a full refund.

6. File Format & Device Compatibility

All ILMAcademy publications are delivered as PDF (Portable Document Format) files. PDFs are the global standard for digital documents and are readable on virtually all modern devices:

• Smartphones and tablets (iOS and Android) — using the built-in Files app, Adobe Acrobat Reader, or any PDF reader app
• Laptops and desktop computers (Windows, macOS, Linux) — using any browser, Adobe Acrobat, or built-in document viewers
• E-readers that support PDF format

Files are formatted for comfortable on-screen reading and are also suitable for printing. No special software licences are required.

7. Licence Scope

Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to download, store, and read the purchased file on your personal devices. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the file is strictly prohibited. Refer to our Terms of Service for full intellectual property provisions.
